Anyone remember these lovely little cameras..

Part II

Kodak introduced in the 1960’s the 126 cartridge based film format and led to the development of a large range of 126 film, point and shoot cameras.  Under Kodak’s own name and these were known as the Kodak Instamatic series of cameras. They started off as a very basic camera, the Kodak Instamatic 25, but soon developments, would improve, with One flash bulb, and then the four flash bulb, light metering improvements.

In today’s world with Apple I Phones, Pads, Android Phones, with such capability, inbuilt programmes, flash, the Instamatic seems like an old Dinosaur, but this little camera started a revolution and as with today, it gave photography to the masses.
